Tips for Filling Out Applications
-
Read the entire application carefully.
-
Use only blue or black ink.
-
Make sure you sign the form where instructed.
-
Keep the application in a prominant place in the house so it is always easy to get to.
-
Watch and listen to your child. When something he or she says that makes you stop and think"Wow." write it on a sticky note or extra paper.
-
When you are just about to return the form to me, copy the sticky notes onto the form where they fit, or just write on the paragraph area provided on the back of the form.
-
Use specific examples or quotes if you can.
-
If you mark anything "almost always" be sure to have an example included.
